These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of The Raven Oracle, including the mobile app, website, generated readings, card artwork, voice narration, share images, purchases, and related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Raven Oracle is an atmospheric symbolic reading app for reflection, entertainment, and quiet self-inquiry. Readings are generated using AI systems and are shaped by the selected animal, card orientation, and any optional thought or question you provide.
The App is not a fortune-telling authority and does not provide medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, psychological, or other professional advice. Do not rely on readings as a substitute for professional judgment, qualified care, or urgent support.
Readings, share quotes, voice narration, and related content may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or emotionally resonant in ways that were not intended. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the content.
You may report readings or card artwork in the App if something appears offensive, incorrect, broken, or meaningful enough that you want us to review it.
The App may offer subscriptions, reading credits, or other paid features. Purchases are processed through Google Play and may also be managed through RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods are governed by Google Play's applicable terms and policies.
Credit packs are consumable purchases intended for use on the device or app install where they were purchased. If you uninstall the App, change devices, or otherwise lose access to unused credits, automatic restoration may not always be available. If this happens, contact support with your purchase details and we will make a reasonable effort to verify and restore unused credits manually.
Paid access does not guarantee any particular reading, result, interpretation, emotional outcome, or continued availability of a specific feature, voice, card, or service.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected systems, submit abusive or unlawful content, or use the App in a way that harms others or disrupts normal operation.
We may limit, suspend, or block access if we detect abuse, repeated misuse, suspicious activity, or attempts to manipulate free readings, reporting, purchases, or backend services.
The Raven Oracle name, design, interface, card artwork, generated share image layouts, website, app experience, and related materials are owned by Imagine Engine LLC or its licensors, except where third-party services or open-source components apply.
You may use personal readings and share images for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, scrape, repackage, or commercially exploit the App, its artwork, or its generated content without permission.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of generated content, or compatibility with every device or operating system version.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imagine Engine LLC disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imagine Engine LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us with privacy questions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
